Help Wanted –2nd, 3rd and Swing Shift Mechanics
The 2nd Shift Mechanic works from 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Wednesday through Sunday (Monday and Tuesday Off).
The 3rd Shift Mechanic works from 10:00pm to 6:30am, Friday through Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday Off).
The Swing Shift Mechanic works Monday and Tuesday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm, Wednesday and Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am, and Sunday, 6:00am to 2:30pm (Friday and Saturday Off).
The Mechanic Qualifications include a high school diploma, welding certificate equivalent to 1 year, and documented industrial maintenance experience equivalent to 1 year. Qualified applicants must be able to demonstrate practical knowledge of power transmissions, conveyors, belting, pneumatics, lubrication, and overall rotating equipment. They must be able to read OEM prints, and be flexible enough to work any shift.
The Mechanic is responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance on a wide variety of machines and equipment, including, but not limited to, lubricating, diagnosing and repairing, changing parts, welding, and altering. They will use power and hand tools, oxyacetylene torch, plasma cutter, and other various shop equipment to complete assigned maintenance tasks.
